Each sign is sealed for protection, but not made to battle the elements full-time. Keep your sign on a covered porch, behind a storm door, or indoors to keep it looking its best.

Returns & Order Policy

Because each sign is handmade to order, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted.

Processing times may vary depending on the season and current order volume, as each piece is carefully crafted just for you.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please reach out as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll be happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

I always ship orders within the stated processing time. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

Most orders arrive within a few days after shipping, but occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather or carrier volume. While I monitor shipments when possible, I’m unable to guarantee delivery timelines once the package is in transit.
